3. AI use and limitations
AI outputs are non-expert suggestions based on uploaded images and data, and subject to variation due to conditions. You must verify all outputs before use.
4. AI model training
We may use de-identified project data to improve our AI models. By using Checka, you consent unless you opt out by contacting us at privacy@getchecka.com.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your data. It may be shared with:
- Collaborators you authorise
- Cloud service providers
- Legal authorities, if required
6. Metadata and images
Images may contain embedded metadata (e.g. location). You are responsible for reviewing content before upload.

Data may be stored in Australia, the US, or other countries. By using Checka, you agree to international transfer.
